Welcome to Quick Accurate Books. By accessing our website or using our bookkeeping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Quick Accurate Books provides professional bookkeeping services including, but not limited to, daily transaction recording, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, financial reporting, and QuickBooks support.

We do NOT provide tax preparation, tax advice, or historical cleanup services. Our services focus exclusively on maintaining current bookkeeping records.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information
  • Grant necessary access to accounting software and bank accounts
  • Respond promptly to questions and requests for information
  • Review financial reports and notify us of any discrepancies
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to perform our services or as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Quick Accurate Books provides bookkeeping services to the best of our professional ability. However:

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the period in question
  • We are not responsible for tax penalties or consequences arising from your tax filings
  • We recommend clients maintain their own records as backup

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quick Accurate Books and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will provide copies of financial records within a reasonable timeframe
  • Access to accounting software will be transferred back to the client

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Colorado.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
