Quick Accurate Books provides professional bookkeeping services, including transaction recording, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and QuickBooks consultation. We act as your financial partner to provide accurate and timely insights into your business's health.
Client Responsibilities
To provide high-quality services, we rely on timely and accurate information from our clients. Clients are responsible for:
- Providing all necessary financial records and receipts
- Granting required access to accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Reporting changes in business operations or bank accounts
Consultation, Not Tax/Legal Advice
The information provided through our bookkeeping services, consultation, and blog is for educational and financial tracking purposes. It does not constitute certified tax preparation or legal advice. We recommend consulting with a CPA or tax professional for specialized tax strategy and filing.
Limitation of Liability
Quick Accurate Books is not liable for financial decisions made by the client based on provided reports. We provide data-driven insights, but the final responsibility for business decisions rests with the business owner.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate bookkeeping services with 30 days written notice. All final reports and data access will be handed over upon completion of the final service period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Thornton, CO.
